Welcome to AI Logo Maker! These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the AI Logo Maker app ("App," "Service," or "Platform"). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the App.


1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the AI Logo Maker app, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are using the App on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.


2. License to Use

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, AI Logo Maker grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal or commercial purposes.


3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

- Use the App only for lawful purposes.

- Not upload, share, or create content that is offensive, illegal, or infringes on the rights of others.

- Not reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App.

- Not use the App to create logos or content that violate intellectual property rights, including trademarks or copyrights.


4. Ownership of Logos

- User Ownership: Logos created using the App are owned by the user who created them, provided the user has the necessary rights to any uploaded assets (e.g., images, text).

- AI Logo Maker Rights: By using the App, you grant AI Logo Maker a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and store your logos for the purpose of improving the App and providing the Service.


5. Prohibited Uses

You may not:

- Use the App to create logos for malicious, fraudulent, or illegal purposes.

- Resell, redistribute, or sublicense access to the App.

- Use the App in a way that could harm, disable, or overburden the Service.


6. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the App, including but not limited to software, design, trademarks, and content, are owned by AI Logo Maker or its licensors. You may not use any of these without prior written consent.


7. Third-Party Content

The App may include third-party content, tools, or services. AI Logo Maker is not responsible for the accuracy, legality, or quality of such content. Your use of third-party content is at your own risk.


8. Billing Terms Via Apple ID

While subscribing to our app, the users can use the Apple ID associated with their App Store account and follow the purchase instructions given within this application. When subscribing to our app, the users acknowledge and accept that:


All due payments are charged to the user’s Apple ID account;


The users need to cancel their subscriptions at least 24 hours before the expiration of the current period. Otherwise, the subscriptions will be automatically renewed for the same duration;


All kinds of fees or payments are charged within a 24-hour time period before its renewal;


The users can manage or cancel their subscriptions in their Apple App Store’s account settings.


9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. AI Logo Maker does not guarantee that the App will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted.


10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AI Logo Maker shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the App.


11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AI Logo Maker, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, and employees from any claims, damages, or losses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.


12. Termination

AI Logo Maker reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.


13. Changes to Terms

AI Logo Maker may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes, and your continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
